This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2022-02, effective 01-14-2022. This combined synopsis/solicitation is being issued as a request for quote (RFQ) with the intent to issue one Firm-Fixed Price Contract. This solicitation is being issued under a 100% Service-Disabled Veteren-Owned Small Business Set Aside. The NAICS code for this procurement is 333991 - Power-Driven Handtool Manufacturing; with a size standard of 500 employees. This procurement is being conducted in accordance with regulations at FAR Part 12 – Acquisition of Commercial Items and FAR Part 13 – Simplified Acquisition Procedures. The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, St. Louis District, requires a contractor to supply and deliver an Enerpac hydraulic torque wrench, or equivalent, and accessories as specified in the statement of work to Lock & Dam 24, 350 North 1st Street, Clarksville, MO 63336.
