Army Corps of Engineers, St. Louis District, is seeking a firm to furnish all floating plant, equipment, materials, labor, and incidentals to provide for the placement of stone breakwater structures on any shoreline location on the Lake Shelbyville Project Grounds. This work will include mobilization and demobilization, installation of offshore breakwater structure and alternate stone profile structure used for breakwater. SOLICITATION: The solicitation will be issued as an Invitation for Bid (IFB). The solicitation is expected to be available on or about 10 August 2022. The proposal submission date and time will be contained in the solicitation package.
