The work consists of removing existing MWI model SEMC30, 400HP pumps and ... The U. S. Army Corps of Engineers, St. Louis District, is seeking a firm to remove and furnish Pump Station Pump Replacements. The work consists of removing existing MWI model SEMC30, 400HP pumps and furnishing three new pumps. New pumps shall be Flygt Model LL3602/866, 3 phase, 480V, 10 poles, with 355 hp motor. The existing pump tubes are 48” outer diameter, ASTM A36 steel and will accommodate the new pumps. Modifications to the pump tube flange may be necessary to ensure a tight seal between the pump and pump tube. These modifications could include cutting and welding. Solicitation Number: W912P9-22-B-0005 is an Invitation for Bid (IFB) Solicitation. There will be no public bid opening due to COVID 19 restrictions. This acquisition is Small Business Set Aside. The NAICS code for the work is 237990. The SBA size standard is $39.5 Million. The magnitude of this project is between $1,000,000.00 and $5,000,000.00. The only authorized transmission method for bids in response to the solicitation will be through via email. The closing date and time for submission of offers will be contained in the solicitation package. The solicitation is expected to be issued on or about 21 July 2022. This solicitation package will be posted on beta.SAM.gov, which can be accessed at https://beta.sam.gov. The Government will not provide paper copies of the solicitation or the Interested Vendors List (IVL). Telephone, written, facsimile, or e-mail requests for the solicitation package or the IVL list will not be honored. Potential offerors MUST register at www.sam.gov in order to receive notifications and/or changes to the solicitation. Be advised that all interest parties MUST be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) Database, www.sam.gov in order to receive a contract award.
