The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, St. Louis District is seeking firms with demonstrated capabilities and experience for construction services necessary for the US Army Corps of Engineers – St. Louis, Missouri. The work will be performed at Shelbyville Lake Project. The requirement consists of the following Scope of Work: The Contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment, and materials necessary to fabricate, install, and paint the lifting lug stiffeners as described in the plans and specifications. The sluice gate bulkhead is located at the Lake Shelbyville Project, in the Main Dam parking lot, Shelbyville, IL. Access to the site is available by appointment only. Solicitation Number W912P921T0005 will be issued as a 100% Total Small Business Set-Aside, Competitive Procurement. The NAICS code for the work is 237990, Other Heavy and Engineering Construction. The SBA Size Standard is $39.5 Million. The Estimated Magnitude for this project is less than $25,000.00. The closing date and time for submission of offers will be contained in the solicitation package. The solicitation will be issued as an Invitation for Bid (IFB). There will be a public bid opening. The solicitation package will be issued on or about 21 July 2021. The Government will not provide paper copies of the solicitation or the Interested Vendors List (IVL). The solicitation package will be posted on the System for Award Management (SAM), which can be accessed at www.sam.gov.
