The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, St. Louis District is seeking firms with demonstrated capabilities and experience for construction services necessary for the US Army Corps of Engineers – St. Louis, Missouri. The requirement is Concrete Replacement in Various Areas at Carlyle Lake. The work to be performed under this contract shall consist of supplying all labor, equipment and materials to excavate, place and compact rock, minimum 2” depth, to level sub grade, set forms, pour, finish, and strip forms. Solicitation Number W912P921T0002 will be issued as a 100% Total Small Business Set-Aside, Competitive Procurement. The NAICS code for the work is 237990, Other Heavy and Engineering Construction. The SBA Size Standard is $39.5 Million. The closing date and time for submission of offers will be contained in the solicitation package. PLEASE BE ADVISED OF THE SCHEDULED SITE VISIT ON TUESDAY, 9 MARCH 2021, 10AM AT CARLYLE LAKE PROJECT OFFICE, 801 LAKE ROAD, CARLYLE, IL 62231. This will be a combined synopsis/solicitation and will be issued as a Request For Quote (FRQ). The Government will not provide paper copies of the solicitation. The solicitation package will be posted on Betasam.gov. For changes to the issue date or any other changes to the information in this synopsis, potential offerors are responsible to check the posting on Betasam.gov, Telephone, written, facsimile, or e-mail requests for the solicitation package will not be honored. Potential offerors MUST register at the St. Louis Contracting Division Home page at http://www.mvs.usace.army.mil/ct/ct/ht and/or at www.betasam.gov/ in order to receive notifications and/or changes to the solicitation. Be advised that all interest parties MUST be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) Database, www.sam.gov in order to receive a contract award. This notice does not obligate the Government to award a contract nor does it obligate the Government to pay for any bid/proposal preparation costs.
