All items provided must meet the requirements of the Buy American clauses referenced: 252.225-7001, 252.225-7002, and 252.225-7021. All materials furnished shall be new, unused, and free from defects or imperfections that might affect the serviceability of the finished product. All materials must be shipped with individual steel certifications. Materials will meet all applicable ASTM Standards. All tolerances will be within a thirty-second of an inch.
