The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, St. Louis District is seeking firms with demonstrated capabilities and experience for construction services necessary for the US Army Corps of Engineers – St. Louis, Missouri. The General Project Description /Statement of Work: Construction of approximately 7,150 lineal feet of pipe sewers, varying in size from 10 " to 48 " in diameter; rehabilitation of approximately 3,820 lineal feet of sewers varying in size from 8” to 24” in diameter utilizing CIPP methods; rehabilitation of manholes and 72 service connections; , and appurtenances to be constructed in an area located west of Goodfellow Boulevard and south of Natural Bridge Road , in the City of St. Louis, Missouri. The work consists of furnishing all material, labor, tools, equipment and supervision necessary for the construction of the storm sewers, sanitary sewers, and appurtenances; rehabilitation of sewers utilizing CIPP methods; rehabilitation of manholes and service connections; cleaning and lining of pipe sewers and point repairs; removal and replacement of pavements and roadways; and coordination of utility relocations as required in the Scope of Work. The NAICS code for the work is 237110, Water and Sewer Line and Related Structures. The SBA Size Standard is $39.5 Million. The Estimated Magnitude for this project is between $5,000,000.00 and $10,000,000.00. The closing date and time for submission of offers will be contained in the solicitation package. The solicitation will be issued as an Unrestricted, Invitation for Bid (IFB). There will be a public bid opening. The solicitation package will be issued on or about 26 July 2021. The Government will not provide paper copies of the solicitation or the Interested Vendors List (IVL). The solicitation package will be posted on the System for Award Management (SAM), which can be accessed at www.sam.gov. Potential offerors MUST register at www.sam.gov./ in order to receive notifications and/or changes to the solicitation. Be advised that all interest parties MUST be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) Database, www.sam.gov in order to receive a contract award. This notice does not obligate the Government to award a contract nor does it obligate the Government to pay for any bid/proposal preparation costs.
