Description: The work provided for herein consists of supply and install of a replacement compressed air system including motor-driven air compressors and air receiver(s) with the optional item to procure compressed air pipe, pressure gages, fittings, valves, hangers and supports as required to complete a satisfactory air system. Additional optional item includes the replacement of low voltage electrical distribution equipment including one 480V panelboard, one 480V-208Y/120V stepdown transformer, and one 208Y/120V panelboard. The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, St. Louis District is seeking firms with demonstrated capabilities and experience for construction services necessary for the US Army Corps of Engineers – St. Louis, Missouri. The General Project Description /Statement of Work: Construction of approximately 7,150 lineal feet of pipe sewers, varying in size from 10 " to 48 " in diameter; rehabilitation of approximately 3,820 lineal feet of sewers varying in size from 8” to 24” in diameter utilizing CIPP methods; rehabilitation of manholes and 72 service connections; , and appurtenances to be constructed in an area located west of Goodfellow Boulevard and south of Natural Bridge Road , in the City of St. Louis, Missouri. The work consists of furnishing all material, labor, tools, equipment and supervision necessary for the construction of the storm sewers, sanitary sewers, and appurtenances; rehabilitation of sewers utilizing CIPP methods; rehabilitation of manholes and service connections; cleaning and lining of pipe sewers and point repairs; removal and replacement of pavements and roadways; and coordination of utility relocations as required in the Scope of Work. The NAICS code for the work is 237110, Water and Sewer Line and Related Structures. The SBA Size Standard is $39.5 Million. The Estimated Magnitude for this project is between $5,000,000.00 and $10,000,000.00. The closing date and time for submission of offers will be contained in the solicitation package. The solicitation will be issued as an Unrestricted, Invitation for Bid (IFB). There will be a public bid opening. The solicitation package will be issued on or about 26 July 2021. The Government will not provide paper copies of the solicitation or the Interested Vendors List (IVL). The solicitation package will be posted on the System for Award Management (SAM), which can be accessed at www.sam.gov. Potential offerors MUST register at www.sam.gov./ in order to receive notifications and/or changes to the solicitation.
