Under Worker Rights Executive Order 13658 for “Federal Minimum Wage for Contractors” it states that “Workers employed on contracts for seasonal recreational services or seasonal recreational equipment rental for the general public on federal lands, except when the workers are performing associated lodging or food services, are not entitled to the EO minimum wage.” Since this is a seasonal recreational service performed for the public on Federal lands, this contract is not entitled to the EO minimum wage.
