Introduction: This Performance Work Statement (PWS) is for a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) to include but not limited to repair, replace, renovate, design, engineer, construct, install, perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, technical inspections, and technical evaluations focused primarily on HVAC, along with Plumbing, Electrical, General Mechanical, and Painting requirements for equipment and systems located in/on facilities, vessels, and infrastructure throughout the Agreement Area. Description: The Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and services necessary to perform HVAC, Mechanical, and Painting Services so that the mechanical systems are working 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and 365 days a year as defined in this Performance Work Statement. Specific maintenance tasks performed shall be IAW the procedures outlined by the respective equipment manufacturer.
