(8/12/21) _____________________________________________>END The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, St. Louis District is seeking firms with demonstrated capabilities and experience for construction services necessary for the US Army Corps of Engineers – St. Louis, Missouri. The work will be performed at various locations within the Mark Twain Lake Project Area. The requirement consists of furnishing all labor, equipment, tools, supervision, transportation, administration, buildings, and facilities required to perform facility maintenance as required in the Scope of Work. Solicitation Number W912P921B0002 will be issued as a 100% Total Small Business Set-Aside, Competitive Procurement. The NAICS code for the work is 237990, Other Heavy and Engineering Construction. The SBA Size Standard is $39.5 Million. The Estimated Magnitude for this project is between $1,000,000.00 and $5,000,000.00. The closing date and time for submission of offers will be contained in the solicitation package. The solicitation will be issued as an Invitation for Bid (IFB). There will be a public bid opening. The solicitation package will be issued on or about 1 July 2021. The Government will not provide paper copies of the solicitation or the Interested Vendors List (IVL). The solicitation package will be posted on the System for Award Management (SAM), which can be accessed at www.sam.gov. Potential offerors MUST register at www.sam.gov./ in order to receive notifications and/or changes to the solicitation.
