The Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and services necessary to perform HVAC Services so that the HVAC Systems are working 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and 365 days a year as defined in this Performance Work Statement. Specific maintenance tasks performed shall be IAW the procedures outlined by the respective HVAC manufacturer. Locations: Melvin Price Lock and Dam is located in Madison County at #1 Lock and Dam Way, East Alton, IL on the Mississippi River, approximately 1.5 miles southeast of the Clark Bridge. Locks 27 is located at 3219 W. 20th St., Granite City, IL 62040. Both locations have multiple units in multiple locations, and vary in size, age, and condition.
