SITE VISIT TO BE HELD AT 10:00 AM on Monday, August 17, 2020 Location: Boudreaux Visitor Center, Main Pavilion, 21629 Highway J, Perry, MO 63456. Please bring a mask/face covering and follow CDC guidelines for social distancing. Description of Services. The contractor’s work shall consist of furnishing all labor, equipment, materials and supplies necessary to clean, service and maintain sanitary conditions and adjust courtesy boat docks at Clarence Cannon Dam and Mark Twain Lake in accordance with the work schedule, specifications and drawings contained herein. The contractor’s performance will be based on the Contracting Officer’s (KO), Contracting Officer’s Representative (COR), and Quality Assurance Personnel (QA) evaluations and the results required by the Service Delivery Summary (SDS). The evaluation of results will be based on COR based on COR performance assessment, tenant satisfaction, and customer complaints. Final results of the evaluations will be the determining factor for the success or failure of this contract. See Appendix D & E for the number and types of facilities and schedule of services for each area. Approximate square footage for buildings is shown in Appendix B.
