Work shall consist of furnishing all necessary labor, equipment, materials and supplies required to satisfactorily perform general site support to include general maintenance and janitorial services for two modular project offices buildings and a modular laboratory building in the Corps of Engineers FUSRAP St. Louis Airport Project Sites (SLAPS) compound. The FUSRAP site is a construction radiological cleanup site and HAZWOPPER training is required of all personnel. The general site support services will include minor building construction repairs, general servicing, cleaning services and maintaining the buildings in a sanitary condition in accordance with the specifications, provisions, and the appendices contained herein. The contractor should provide 2.5 FTE (s) including two (2 FTE) fulltime carpenter maintenance personnel for site support and a part-time (.5 FTE) janitorial personnel. A FTE is 2080 hours annually. The Contractor shall also furnish all supervision necessary to plan, administer, and perform the specified services.
