The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, St. Louis District is seeking firms with demonstrated capabilities and experience for construction services necessary to be provided for the US Army Corps of Engineers – St. Louis, Missouri. This requirement is for Harlow Island Embankment Rehabilitation & Restoration. Work includes but is not limited to construct swale wetlands, ridge embankments, a berm embankment, and seeding for turf establishment. The work covered by this contract will consist of furnishing all equipment, labor, services, supplies and materials necessary to satisfactorily construct the HREP project Solicitation Number W912P920R0056 will be issued as a 100% Total Small Business Set-Aside, Competitive Procurement. The NAICS code for the work is 237990, Other Heavy and Engineering Construction. The SBA Size Standard is $39.5 Million. The closing date and time for submission of offers will be contained in the solicitation package. The solicitation will be issued as an Invitation for Bid (IFB). There will be a public bid opening. The solicitation package will be issued on or about 22 July 20. The Government will not provide paper copies of the solicitation. The solicitation package will be posted on betaSAM, which can be accessed at beta.SAM.gov. For changes to the issue date or any other changes to the information in this synopsis, potential offerors are responsible to check the posting on betaSAM. Telephone, written, facsimili, or e-mail requests for the solicitation package will not be honored.
