The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, St. Louis District is seeking firms with demonstrated capabilities and experience for construction services necessary to be provided for the US Army Corps of Engineers – St. Louis, Missouri. This requirement is for Piasa & Eagles Nest Rock Project. The work covered by this contract will consist of furnishing all equipment, labor, services, supplies and materials necessary to satisfactorily construct the HREP project as specified and in accordance with the contract plans and specifications. Solicitation Number W912P920R0048 will be issued as an Invitation for Bid, Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity, Unrestricted Procurement. There will be a public bid opening. The solicitation package will be issued on or about 17 July 20 or sooner. The Government will not provide paper copies of the solicitation. The solicitation package will be posted on betaSAM, which can be accessed at beta.SAM.gov. For changes to the issue date or any other changes to the information in this synopsis, potential offerors are responsible to check the posting on betaSAM. Telephone, written, facsimili, or e-mail requests for the solicitation package will not be honored. The NAICS code for the work is 237990, Other Heavy and Engineering Construction. The SBA Size Standard is $39.5 Million. The closing date and time for submission of offers will be contained in the solicitation package. Potential offerors MUST register at the St. Louis Contracting Division Home page at http://www.mvs.usace.army.mil/ct/ct/ht and/or at www.beta.SAM.gov in order to receive notifications and/or changes to the solicitation. Be advised that all interest parties MUST be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) Database, w ww.sam.gov in order to receive a contract award. This notice does not obligate the Government to award a contract nor does it obligate the Government to pay for any bid/proposal preparation costs.
