Work shall consist of furnishing all necessary labor, equipment, materials and supplies required to satisfactorily perform janitorial services, general maintenance, and general site support for the Corps of Engineers FUSRAP Modular Project Office, Contractors Modular Building and Contractor Modular Laboratory Building in the FUSRAP St. Louis Airport Project Sites (SLAPS) compound. The FUSRAP site is a radiological cleanup site. The services will include cleaning servicing, minor building construction repairs and general servicing and maintaining in a sanitary condition in accordance with the specifications, provisions, and the appendices contained herein. The Contractor shall also furnish all supervision necessary to plan, administer, and perform the specified services. The Contractor will have to coordinate site security with the existing remediation contractor. All work shall be performed to the satisfaction of the Contracting Officer or authorized representative.
