Outside the Continental United States (OCONUS) Drilling - The Contractor shall supply the necessary plant, equipment, manpower, materials, and supplies to permit land-based or overwater drilling,sampling and other services to a maximum depth of 150 feet below the working surface. See attached Scope of Work for details of requirement.
