The contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment and materials necessary to operate, maintain, repair, and perform testing for a package wastewater treatment plant; a wastewater land treatment facility; operate, repair and maintain sewage lift stations and gravity collection systems; and the sampling and testing of potable water distribution systems, swimming beaches, and public use areas located on the public lands at the Carlyle Lake Project, Carlyle, Illinois. All work shall be performed in accordance with the schedules and specifications contained herein and completed to the satisfaction of the Contracting Officer or his/her authorized representative.
