This synopsis should not be construed as a commitment by the Government for any purpose. Requests for a solicitation will not receive a response. This Sources Sought Synopsis is in support of a market survey being conducted by the St. Louis District, Corps of Engineers to identify sources with demonstrated capabilities and experience for construction of parking lot and road rehabilitation/maintenance at Carlyle Lake Project, Carlyle, Il and the Kaskaskia Navigation Project, Modoc, IL. The work will consists of, but is not all inclusive of, furnishing all plant, labor, materials, equipment, and supplies necessary to perform parking lot and road rehabilitation/maintenance, including base course, asphaltic concrete surface course, curbing, patching, pavement sealer, crack sealing, traffic striping, establishment and re-establishment of turf. The result of this market research will contribute to determining the method of procurement. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code assigned to this procurement is 237310, Highway, Street, and Bridge Construction.
