The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, St. Louis District is seeking firms with demonstrated capabilities and experience for construction services necessary for the US Army Corps of Engineers – St. Louis District. Title and description of work - Carlyle Lake/Kaskaskia Dam Park & Road Maintenance - work consists of furnishing all plant, labor, materials, equipment, and supplies necessary to perform parking lot and road rehabilitation/maintenance, including base course, asphaltic concrete surface course, curbing, patching, pavement sealer, crack sealing, traffic striping, establishment and re-establishment of turf at the Carlyle Lake Project/Kaskaskia River Project, Carlyle, Illinois. Solicitation Number W912P920B0002 will be issued as a 100% Total Small Business Set-Aside, Competitive Procurement. The NAICS code for this work is 237310, Highway, Street and Bridge Construction. The SBA Size Standard is $39.5 Million. The closing date and time for submission of offers will be contained in the solicitation package. The solicitation will be issued as an Invitation for Bid (IFB), and there will be a public bid opening. The solicitation package will be issued on or about 12 February 2020. The Government will not provide paper copies of the solicitation. The solicitation package will be posted on betaSAM, which can be accessed at www.beta.SAM.gov. For changes to the issue date or any other changes to the information in this synopsis, potential offerors are responsible to check the posting on www.beta.SAM.gov. Telephone, written, facsimili, or e-mail requests for the solicitation package will not be honored. Potential offerors MUST register at the St. Louis Contracting Division Home page at: http://www.mvs.usace.army.mil/ct/ct/ht and/or at www.beta.SAM.gov in order to receive notifications and/or changes to the solicitation.
