This is a Sources Sought Notice is a means of conducting market research to identify multiple businesses with the interest and resources to enter into a Blanket Purchase Agreement for Bulk Fuel purchases for the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, St. Louis District, Rivers Project Office. The work covered by the potential agreements and respective call orders consist of execution, performance, and management of Bulk Fuel supply including, but not limited to, diesel fuel (dyed), gasoline, diesel exhaust fluid (DEF), propane (LPG), 500-1000 gallon fuel tanks, and any associated fuel pumping equipment and applicable maintenance.
