Materials lead time will be 23 weeks or less and delivery will be scheduled at least one week in advance by the contractor. All items provided must meet the requirements of the Buy American clauses referenced. All materials and equipment furnished shall be new, unused, and free from defects or imperfections that might affect the serviceability of the finished product with a one year warranty.
