End of amendment. *************************************** Sources Sought This is a SOURCES SOUGHT announcement. The Government is seeking to identify qualified small and large business sources. This notice is for market research purposes only and IS NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL (RFP) nor does it restrict the Government as to the ultimate acquisition approach. The Government will not reimburse respondents for any costs incurred in preparation of a response to this notice. Responses to this notice are not offers and cannot be accepted by the Government to form a binding contract. The Government does not intend to rank submittals or provide any reply to interested companies and responses will not be returned. CONTRACT INFORMATION: The St. Louis District, U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (MVS) is conducting market research for Roads and Parking Lot Rehabilitation & Equipment located at Rend Lake in Benton Illinois. The Government intends to procure this as "Unrestricted". As a result, the Government is performing market research in order to determine what businesses possess the capability to execute the requirements within this acquisition. Respondents need to indicate all business designations (large business, small business, 8(a), certified HUB Zone, Small Disadvantaged Business, Woman Owned, Minority, Native American and/or Service Disabled Veteran Owned). Business firms who meet the capability requirements identified in this notice are requested to reply to this notice with a response to the questions below. If no experience or capabilities are associated with a particular question, so indicate. PROJECT INFORMATION: The U. S. Army Corps of Engineers, St. Louis District (MVS) is conducting market research for Road Maintenance located at Rend Lake in southern Illinois. This is an indefinite delivery indefinite quantity contract for furnishing all plant, labor, equipment, transportation, supplies and material to perform road and parking lot rehabilitation and equipment operation services. The work areas are primarily, heavily used recreation areas and administrative areas at Rend Lake, Jefferson and Franklin counties, Illinois, including, but not limited to campgrounds, beaches, visitor center, picnic areas and other wildlife areas as well. This market research does not convey an all or none requirement. Respondents are requested to respond with their experience and capabilities to support any or all of the services identified at the enterprise, regional, and or local level (s). ? SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS: Interested firms should submit documents which furnishes information describing the following: a. Equipment Operation b. Road Maintenance & Rehabilitation c. Concrete Installation and Repairs d. Shoreline Reventment e. Guard rail replacement and installation ? Sources Sought responses shall include: 1) Name and address of responding company, CAGE code, business size and applicable small business sub-categories, company point of contact, telephone number, fax number and email addresses; and capability packages which include at least (3) three projects "indicating equipment utilized" that your company has performed replacement of an excitation system. 2) Any information submitted by respondents to this Sources Sought Notice is strictly voluntary. The Government will not pay for any information that is submitted by respondents to this Sources Sought Notice. The Government requests interested firms submit one (1) copy of their capability and experience response no later than 10:00 a.m., Central Standard Time, on 22 July 2019 and not exceed 10 one-sided, 8.5 X 11 inch pages, with the font no smaller than 10 point, to Twila Hopkins, St Louis District, Corps of Engineers, via email at twila.a.hopkins2@usace.army.mil, hardcopies or facsimile will not be accepted.
