This solicitation includes optional line items that may be awarded. The optional line items will include removal of approximately 150' of chain link fence, removal of 12' x 12' storage shed with concrete slab, install new fence gates with hardware and supplying, grading, and leveling ca-6 aggregate material for the shed floor.
