This Sources Sought Notice is in support of a market survey being conducted by the St. Louis District, Corps of Engineers to identify interested Contractors within the District area for the Scope of Work listed below. The following are general capabilities required to perform the Scope of Work according to USACE standards. The Contractor must be capable to perform the Scope of Work listed below. General Project Description: This Sources Sought Synopsis is a market survey being conducted by the St. Louis District, Corps of Engineers to identify Small Business Contractors with the capability to the contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment and materials necessary to operate, maintain, repair, and perform testing for a package wastewater treatment plant; a wastewater land treatment facility; operate, repair and maintain sewage lift stations and gravity collection systems; and the sampling and testing of potable water distribution systems, swimming beaches, and public lands at the Carlyle Lake Project, Carlyle, Illinois. Provide a capabilities statement including the following statements: A. Capability Statement: 1. List the license necessary to complete gravity collection systems, wastewater treatment, sewage lift station mantenance and testing of potable water distribution systems. 2. List any Sewage Lift Station work completed for any US Government agencies within the past 5 years. Any information submitted by respondents to this Sources Sought Notice is strictly voluntary: The Government will not pay for any information that is submitted by respondents to this Sources Sought Notice.
