This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The government intends to make one (1) award resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government. The solicitation number for this requirement is W912P9-19-Q-0012 and is hereby issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2019-05 dated 13 August 2019. This requirement is being solicited as 100% set aside for small business concerns. The North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) is 221320, Sewage Treatment Facilities, with a Small Business Size Standard of $22,000,000.00. The basis of award will be Lowest Priced Technically Acceptable Offeror. When price and other factors are considered, price is more important.
