USACE New Orleans District Employee Assistance Program Services
This requirement is to provide confidential assessment, counseling, referral services, supervisory training, and mental health education for approximately 1,200 employees of the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, New Orleans District. The period of performance is estimated to begin May 1, 2026, and will not exceed five years. The contract will be awarded on a firm-fixed-price basis to the lowest-priced, responsible offeror who quotes on all items. This is a 100% small business set-aside procurement. Offerors must be registered in SAM.gov as a small business under the specified NAICS code to be considered.
