Morganza to the Gulf Project, Fresh/Intermediate Marsh Resources. U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, New Orleans District
The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, New Orleans District, seeks to purchase 118 Fresh/Intermediate Marsh mitigation bank credits to compensate for habitat impacts from the Morganza to the Gulf project in Louisiana. The credits must be LDNR-approved, located within specified basins of the Louisiana Deltaic Plain, and assessed using the certified Version 2.0 Wetland Value Assessment Model. The purchase will be made through a competitive, lowest-price technically acceptable process, potentially resulting in one or more contracts, subject to funding availability. A Request for Proposal is anticipated to be issued on or about April 30, 2026. Performance is tied to mitigation banks physically located within the defined Deltaic Plain basins in Louisiana.
