This is an unrestricted IDIQ multiple award task order contract with a partial small business set-aside for architect-engineer general design and related services. The work will be performed within the boundaries or assignments of the Mississippi Valley Division of the US Army Corps of Engineers. The contract has a five-year performance period with a shared pool capacity not to exceed $90 million and a minimum guarantee of $1,000. Task orders will cover a broad range of design, engineering, modeling, surveying, and inspection services, including levee safety and structural periodic inspections. Selection will be based on specialized experience, professional qualifications, capacity, past performance, knowledge of locality, and small business commitment, with firms evaluated via SF 330 submissions.
