The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers plans a maintenance dredging project for the Calcasieu River Ship Channel (Mile 5.0 to 17.0) in Calcasieu and Cameron Parishes, LA, with material disposal in marsh creation areas within Sabine National Wildlife Refuge, including optional work at Devil’s Elbow.
