The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers New Orleans District plans to issue an Invitation for Bid (IFB) for foreshore risk reduction repairs at Lake Pontchartrain & Vicinity in Jefferson Parish, Louisiana. The estimated construction value is between $25 million and $100 million, and the contract will be firm fixed price. Work includes demolition, clearing, excavation, embankment placement, geotextile and stone placement, and turf establishment. The solicitation will be unrestricted but will include a Project Labor Agreement requirement.
