Total Small Business Set-Aside (FAR 19.5)

This is a contract amendment for the delivery of specific stone material to a mooring site. The material must be measured by the net ton and delivered satisfactorily to that location. If delivery is by barge, the weight must be determined by a specific on-deck measurement method using displacement. The contractor must provide certified barge displacement tables and drawings at least 10 days prior to delivery. All other original contract terms remain in effect.
