This project requires a fully crewed and equipped hydraulic pipeline cutterhead dredge for work in the New Orleans Harbor reach of the Mississippi River and several adjacent Louisiana waterways. The estimated construction cost is between $10,000,000 and $25,000,000. The solicitation will be issued on or about 6 May 2025.
