This contract is to provide a means of records disposal for MVN campus, located at 7400 Leake Ave, New Orleans LA, 70118. U.S Army Corps of Engineers New Orleans (MVN) requires a Certificate of Destruction for disposal onsite or offsite. The requirements for the contract are as follows: a. On time disposal of record documents, up to 800 common paper boxes, onsite or offsite disposal. b. Documents shall be in a common paper box (14 ¾”L x 12”W x 9 ½” H) ready for pick up by contractor. c. Destruction will be accomplished in accordance with NARA’s CUI Notice 2019-03: Destroying Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI) in a paper form. d. The period of performance shall not exceed 30 days, from the time of contract award.
