This is a Small Business Set Aside Procurement. The applicable NAICS code is 237990. The work consists of clearing and grubbing, soil preloading, wick drain installation, placing sand fill, high strength geotextile, and compacted clay embankment; construction of a temporary retaining structure and dewatering system; construction of a drainage structure with slide gates; driving steel sheet piling, steel H-piles, and precast/prestressed concrete piles; constructing reinforced concrete T-type floodwall, a precast concrete access bridge; surfaced access roads and ramps; excavating drainage canals; fertilizing, seeding and mulching; and all other work incidental thereto.
