INFORMATION CONTAINED IN THIS PRESOLICITATION NOTICE IS SUBJECT TO CHANGE This solicitation, W912P823B0040, will be issued as Invitation for Bid (IFB) and resulting in the award of a single firm fixed price (FFP) contract. The solicitation will be issued on or about early 3rd Qtr, FY 2023. Actual issue date and anticipated bid opening will be shown when the solicitation is issued. The work consists of clearing and grubbing, placing sand fill, separator fabric, and compacted clay embankment, constructing access road along protected side of levee berm, excavating for drainage canals, placing culverts, access road construction, low clearance pile driving under Interstate 10 off of marine equipment, fertilizing, turf establishment and all other work incidental thereto. It is located in St. John the Baptist Parish in the vicinity of LaPlace, LA. (Note: zip codes include but is not limited to 70068 and 70069). The estimated construction magnitude is between $25,000,000 and $100,000,000. The Government anticipates this solicitation will be unrestricted. The NAICS code for this procurement is 237990 with a size standard of $45M. Any responsible source meeting the required standards may submit a bid to be considered by the New Orleans District.
