The work consists of performing a crane rail survey on the existing crane rail on the Morganza Control Structure and refurbishing the rail based on the findings of the survey. The work also consists of removing and replacing the vertical lift gate dogging devices in 62 gate bays with options to replace all 125 gate bays. The estimated magnitude is between $5,000,000.00 and $10,000,000.00. The Government will not provide written paper copies of the solicitation.
