Also, extends bid opening submission deadline and virtual bid opening date.*** ***08/07/24 - Amendment 0001 provides updated contract clauses, plans, and specifications.*** Description of Work: Calcasieu River and Pass, LA, Channelside Stone Foreshore Protection, Confined Disposal Facilities 7, 10, & 11, Calcasieu Parish, LA (ED 20-060). The work consists of floatation dredging for site access, and construction of stone foreshore dikes along the Calcasieu, and all associated incidental work. This is an UNRESTRICTED procurement. NAICS Code is 237990. The solicitation, W912P822B0051, is anticipated to issue as an Invitation for Bid (IFB). The resulting contract shall be a firm fixed-price (FFP) procurement. The solicitation will be issued on or about 15 August 2022, and a bid opening date will be established in a future amendment. The estimated value of this work is between $10,000,000 and $25,000,000. All qualified business concerns may submit bids. Please note, bids from large business firms must comply with FAR 19.7 and FAR Clause 52.219-9 regarding the requirement for submission of a subcontracting plan.
