INFORMATION CONTAINED IN THIS SYNOPSIS IS SUBJECT TO CHANGE. This procurement is a competitive Set-Aside for 100% Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business firms only. NAICS Code: 237990, Other Heavy and Civil Construction. This solicitation, W912P822B0003, is anticipated to be issued as an Invitation for Bid (IFB). The resulting contract shall be firm fixed price (FFP). The solicitation will be issued on or about 14 February 2022. The anticipated bid opening date is set for 14 March 2022; however, actual date of bid opening will be determined upon the solicitation advertisement date. The proposed work consists of clearing and snagging Bayou Fountain from top-of-bank and all incidental work thereto. The estimated magnitude is between $5,000,000.00 and $10,000,000.00. The Government will not provide written paper copies of the solicitation. Telephone, written, facsimile or e-mail requests for the solicitation package will not be honored. Potential contractors are responsible for monitoring this site for the release of the solicitation package and any amendments. The solicitation documents for this procurement will be posted on (https://sam.gov).
