This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number W912P8-21-Q-0020 is being issued as a Total Small Business Set Aside under a Request for Quote (RFQ) with the intent to issue multiple Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPAs) under FAR Part 13.303. The Government anticipates awarding Multiple BPAs from this solicitation from which future BPA calls will be placed. Master BPAs will be awarded to responsible contractors whose offer conforms to ALL requirements of the synopsis/solicitation and has the lowest reasonable price. The NAICS code for this procurement is 484220– Specialized Freight Trucking, Local), Dump Trucking (gravel, sand, top-soil) with a size standard of $30,000,000.00. Offerors shall answer and submit with their offer “APPENDIX A-Questionnaire”, AND APPENDIX B-Pricing Schedule attached to this Solicitation. Failure to return both APPENDIXES may result in Non-Conformance. The Government reserve the right to award with or without discussions.
