INFORMATION CONTAINED IN THIS SYNOPSIS IS SUBJECT TO CHANGE. This is an UNRESTRICTED procurement. NAICS Code: 237990. This solicitation, W912P821B0064-1, is anticipated to be issued as an Invitation for Bid (IFB). The resulting contract shall be a firm fixed price (FFP), Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ), Single Award Task Order Contract (SATOC). The solicitation will be issued on or about 02 August 2021. The anticipated bid opening date is set for 01 September 2021; however, actual date of bid opening will be determined upon the solicitation advertisement date. All qualified business concerns may submit offers. Offers from large business firms must comply with FAR 19.7 and FAR Clause 52.219-9 regarding the requirement for submission of a subcontracting plan. The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers FY 21 subcontracting goals are for specified percentages of the contractor's total planned subcontracting amount to be placed with the following: Small Business 45.25%; Small Disadvantaged Business 14.00%; Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business 5.00%; Woman Owned Small Business 8.00%; and HUBZONE Small Business 12.50%. The work consists of placing various types of stone paving and stone repairs along the banks of Southwest Pass (Miles 0.0 to -20.2 BHP). The estimated value of this work is between $10,000,000.00 and $25,000,000.00. The Government will not provide written paper copies of the solicitation. Potential contractors are responsible for monitoring this site for the release of the solicitation package and any amendments.
