However, the actual bid opening date will be determined upon the solicitation advertisement date. The work consists of rehabilitation of selected upland confined disposal area D along the Calcasieu Ship Channel which entails: clearing and grubbing, excavation, placement of borrow material on the foreshore dike disposal area , and placement of borrow material on the lake side to the required grade; surveying, and all operations incidental thereto.
