NAICS code is 811310. The solicitation number is W912P821B0028, will issue as an invitation for bid (IFB), resulting in the award of a single firm fixed price (FFP) contract. The solicitation will be issued on or about 15 February 2021, and a bid opening date will be established in a future amendment. The work consists of refurbishing pump #1 at Pointe Coupee Pump Station, adding anchor plates to the pump mounting plate, adding stiffener plates to the gearbox spool, extending the existing walkway in Pump Bay #1 and modifying existing guardrail, adding pump stabilizer arms, and replacing the existing suction bell umbrella supports. The estimated value of this work is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000. The Government will not provide written paper copies of the solicitation.
