The US Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), New Orleans District, has a requirement to procure Construction management services which will be performed primarily within the boundary limits of the USACE, New Orleans District. The work includes providing a broad range of construction management, quality assurance activities, flood fight inspection capabilities, and related services to satisfy fluctuating needs and conditions in accordance with plans developed by the Government, and other Government policy and regulations. This contract will be awarded as a lowest priced technically acceptable procurement.

NAICS Code: 541330, Engineering Services. This solicitation, W912P820R0071, is anticipated to be issued as a Request for Proposal (RFP). The resulting contract shall be firm fixed price (FFP), Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ), Single Award Task Order Contract. The solicitation will be issued on or about 2 November 2020. The anticipated proposal submission date is set for 2 December 2020; however, actual date of bid opening will be determined upon the solicitation advertisement date. All qualified business concerns may submit offers. The work consists of providing construction management services, primarily quality assurance activity (QAR) services for identified USACE projects within the New Orleans District. The Government will not provide written paper copies of the solicitation. Telephone, written, facsimile or e-mail requests for the solicitation package will not be honored.
