The Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, services, etc., to supply Berwick Lock with two (2) new right handed and two (2) new left handed right angle speed reducers, also known as heavy duty parallel offset drives, in accordance with these specifications. The right angle speed reducers shall be manufactured by Philadelphia Gear, the original equipment manufacturer (OEM), to interchangeable with Berwick Lock’s existing equipment and machinery.
