This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested, and a written solicitation document will not be issued. The contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, services, equipment, facility, etc. to fabricate, cast, weld, machine, assemble, test, inspect, preserve, pack, mark and deliver the items listed in the attachments herein.
