NAICS Code: 237990. The solicitation number, W912P820B0056, will issue as an Invitation for Bid (IFB), resulting in the award of a single firm fixed price (FFP) contract. The solicitation will be issued on or about 3 November 2020, and a bid opening date will be established in a future amendment.. The work consists of furnishing one fully crewed and equipped self-propelled trailing suction-type hopper dredge for the removal and satisfactory disposal of shoal material in the Calcasieu River Bar Channel, Cameron Parish, Louisiana. Work may be required in other areas of the New Orleans District and in areas of both the Galveston and Mobile Districts. The estimated value of this work is between $5,000,000 and $10,000,000. The Government will not provide written paper copies of the solicitation. Telephone, written, facsimile, or e-mail requests for the solicitation package will not be honored. Potential contractors are responsible for monitoring this site for the release of the solicitation package and any amendments.
