INFORMATION CONTAINED IN THIS SYNOPSIS IS SUBJECT TO CHANGE. This procurement is for 100% SERVICE-DISABLED, VETERAN-OWNED SMALL BUSINESSES only. NAICS Code 237990. Solicitation No.W912P820B0027 is anticipated to issue as an Invitation for Bid (IFB). The resulting contract shall be a single Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract. The solicitation is anticipated to issue on or about 13 Nov 2019. The bid opening date is anticipated to be on 13 Dec 2019, however, actual date of bid opening will be determined upon the solicitation advertisement date. The work consists of the installation of relief wells, and submersible pumps; electrical work; clearing and grubbing, excavations, placing embankment material, placing surfacing material, establishment of turf; concrete slope paving; and other incidental work. (The estimated time of completion is 180 calendar days after receipt of notice to proceed. The solicitation will include 41 drawings and specifications). In accordance with FAR 36.204 Disclosure of the Magnitude of Construction Projects, the estimated value of this work is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000. The Government will not provide written paper copies of the solicitation. Telephone, written, facsimile, or email requests for the solicitation package will not be honored. Potential contractors are responsible for monitoring this site for the release of the solicitation package and any amendments. The solicitation documents for this procurement will be posted on FedBizOpps (www.fbo.gov).
