Mississippi River, Baton Rouge to Gulf of Mexico, Indefinite Delivery - Indefinite Quantity Contract, 2020 Southwest Pass Stone Foreshore Dike and Stone Jetty Repairs, Miles 0.0 to -20.2 BHP, Plaquemines Parish, Louisiana (ED 20-034) This procurement is UNRESTRICTED. The contract ceiling is $24,998,000.00 with a minimum guarantee of 2% ($499,960.00). DESCRIPTION OF WORK: The work consists of placing various types of stone paving and stone repairs along the banks of Southwest Pass (Miles 0.0 to -20.2 BHP). Performance and Payment Bonds and Notices to Proceed (NTPs) will be received and issued on a task order basis. Each task order will have an individual period of performance which could, potentially, extend beyond the contract ordering period duration listed in DFARS 252.216-7006. The purpose of Amendment 0001 is the following: 1. All bids must be submitted electronically to DOD Safe no later than 11:00 am CST, 22 June 2020. The bid opening date is set for 22 June 2020 at 11:30 am CST via audio teleconference . See "Instructions to Bidders". 2. This solicitation, W912P820B0026, is anticipated to be issued as an Invitation for Bid (IFB). The resulting contract shall be a firm fixed price (FFP), Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ), Single Award Task Order Contract (SATOC). The solicitation will be issued on or about 19 May 2020. The anticipated bid opening date is set for 18 June 2020; however, actual date of bid opening will be determined upon the solicitation advertisement date. All qualified business concerns may submit offers. Offers from large business firms must comply with FAR 19.7 and FAR Clause 52.219-9 regarding the requirement for submission of a subcontracting plan. The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers FY 18 subcontracting goals are for specified percentages of the contractor's total planned subcontracting amount to be placed with the following: Small Business 44.92%; Small Disadvantaged Business 13.25%; Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business 8.00%; Woman Owned Small Business 7.87%; and HUBZONE Small Business 12.00%.
