Closing Response Date: 18 APR 2019, 12:00pm This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This is a 100% Small Business Set-aside procurement. NAICS Code: 562991. Small Business Size Standard: $7.5M. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2019-01. Award will go to the contractor providing the lowest price that fulfils the requirements in the Performance Based Work Statement. The work consists of furnishing, emptying and cleaning of eight (8) portable toilets, three (3) Handicap ADA portable toilets and one (1) 200 gallon trailer holding tank on a rental basis as per the Performance Based Work Statement below. Work will be performed at the Bonnet Carre Spillway, USACE New Orleans District. The estimated value of this work is between $25,000.00 and $100,000.00.
